Unique Furniture A/S automatically collects personal data about you and your use of the Websites and the associated web shops during your visit, including your browser type, IP address, network location and information about your computer/device.

The purpose of the processing is to optimise user experience and the function of the Websites as well as to engage in targeted marketing. Your personal data is processed so we can safeguard our interest in improving the Websites and show you relevant offers.
The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest, cf. Section 6, subsection 1 of the Danish Data Protection Act, cf. Art. 6(1)(f), which consists of preparing statistical analyses, optimising the Websites technically and functionally and adapting our marketing to you.

When you communicate with us on the Websites, on our chat or by telephone or email, we collect the information you provide us with, including name, email address, IP address, network location, information about your computer/device as well as information about any enquiry of yours by chat, email or telephone.

The purpose of the processing is to register and respond to enquiries from you as well as to safeguard our interest in preparing surveys, statistics and analyses for the purpose of improving our product and services.
The legal basis for the processing is Section 6, subsection 1 of the Danish Data Protection Act, cf. Art. 6(1)(b) of the Data Protection Regulation; in order to perform our obligations in accordance with the agreement for our product and our legitimate interest, cf. Art. 6(1)(f) of the Data Protection Regulation, consisting of preparing statistical analyses for the purpose of improving our product, preventing fraud and showing you customised marketing.

When you provide us with your personal data for the purpose of entering into an agreement or being contacted about it, we collect a number of personal data on you, including name, telephone number and email, contact person’s name, telephone number and email and company’s name, address and CVR number. Moreover, in connection with the conclusion of the agreement, we will also collect the company’s tax summary, bank account number and documentation as well as documentation for the company’s actual owners.

The purpose of the processing is to complete your order of Unique Furniture A/S’ payment solution, to get to know our users better, e.g. through surveys, statistics and analyses with an eye to the improvement of our products, and to give customer support to consumers who have shopped at your web shop.
The legal basis for the processing is:

2.3.2.1. Section 6, subsection 1 of the Danish Data Protection Act, cf. Art. 6(1)(b) of the Data Protection Regulation; in order to be able to meet our obligations pursuant to the agreement on Unique Furniture A/S’ product.
2.3.2.2. Section 6, subsection 1 of the Danish Data Protection Act, cf. Art. 6(1)(c) of the Data Protection Regulation; our legal obligation to comply with the existing money laundering legislation.

Art. 6(1)(f) of the Data Protection Regulation; our legitimate interest in preparing statistical analyses and satisfaction analyses for the purpose of improving our product, preventing fraud and showing customised marketing as well as giving customer support to our private users.

When Unique Furniture A/S receives information from a cooperation partner that your company has been set up as a customer at the cooperation partner, your company will simultaneously have its name, address, email address, website address and API key imported into the system of Unique Furniture A/S. This information is passed on by Unique Furniture A/S’ cooperation partner.

The purpose of this processing is to give you an opportunity for quick and easy setup of Unique Furniture A/S’ payment solution.
The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest, cf. Section 6, subsection 1 of the Danish Data Protection Act, cf. Art. 6(1)(f) of the Data Protection Regulation, which consists of being able to offer the quick and easy setup of our product on your web shop.

Submission of personal data is a precondition for entering into an agreement for the presentation of Unique Furniture A/S’ product on your web shop, as it will otherwise not be possible to provide the respective service.
